§ 71.110 DRIVING PROHIBITED.
   (A)   Safety zone. No driver of a vehicle shall drive within any portion of the roadway marked as a safety zone.

   (B)   Closed streets. It shall be unlawful to drive any vehicle, other than an authorized emergency vehicle, upon any street or portion thereof which is closed to traffic and so marked by signs, barricades, or otherwise.
