§ 71.065 VEHICLE ENTERING HIGHWAY FROM PRIVATE ROAD OR DRIVEWAY.
   (A)   The driver of a vehicle about to enter or cross a highway from an alley, building, private road, or driveway shall yield the right-of-way to all vehicles approaching on the highway to be entered.

   (B)   The driver of a vehicle emerging from an alley, driveway, or garage shall stop his or her vehicle immediately prior to driving onto a sidewalk or across a sidewalk line projected across the alley or driveway, sound the horn of the vehicle, and shall exercise unusual care in driving upon the sidewalk or across the line.
