§ 73.21 SPECIAL EQUIPMENT FOR PERSONS RIDING MOTORCYCLES, MOTOR DRIVEN CYCLES OR MOPEDS.
   The operator and every passenger of a motorcycle, motor driven cycles or mopeds shall be protected by glasses, goggles, or a transparent shield. This equipment shall meet the requirements based upon those set forth in Vehicle Equipment Safety Commission Regulation VESC-8, “Minimum Requirements for Motorcyclists’ Eye Protection.”
