(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) (1) The Manager shall notify the consumer or authorized agent of the consumer of the building or premises, in which there is found a violation of this chapter, of such violation. On failure of the consumer to have the defect corrected by the end of the specified time interval, the Director may, if in his or her judgment an imminent health hazard exists, cause the water service to the building or premises to be terminated and/or recommend such additional fines or penalties to be invoiced as herein may be provided.
(2) The Manager will use the actual cost of enforcement action as the minimum amount of fines or penalties levied against a violator of this chapter.
(3) Request for extension of time and all other appeals shall be made, in writing, to the Director.
