(A) The provisions and terms contained in this chapter shall be applicable between the hours of 4:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. on Saturday, and between the hours of 1:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. on Sunday. At all other times, the provisions and terms contained in this chapter are not in effect and all provisions of state and local laws concerning the possession and consumption in the social district shall be in full force and effect.
(B) Any alcoholic beverage purchased for consumption in the social district shall:
(1) Only be consumed in the social district; and
(2) Be disposed of before the person in possession of the alcoholic beverage exits the social district. A violation of this section is a Class 3 misdemeanor.
