The “primary fire limits” of the town shall be those portions of the business district of said town on Hillsboro Street (U.S. Highway 15-501), from its intersection with U.S. Highway 64 north to its intersection with Thompson Street, and 100 feet on either side of the right-of-way line of Hillsboro Street, and being all of the 100 and 200 blocks of Hillsboro Street in the town.
