§ 32.06 DEPARTMENT OPERATING ORGANIZATION.
   (A)   The Police Department shall adopt departmental operating procedures in order to ensure the orderly performance of duties by all Department personnel. Such procedures shall be in keeping with the provisions of the ordinances of the town and shall be approved by the Town Manager.
   (B)   A copy of the procedures shall remain in the office of the town manager and in the office of the Chief of Police and shall be distributed to all Departmental personnel. The Departmental Operating Procedures Manual is made part of this subchapter as if incorporated herein.
