§ 32.01 ORGANIZATION OF POLICE DEPARTMENT.

The Police Department of the town shall consist of a Chief and as many police officers, dispatchers, and other personnel as the Town Manager and Board of Commissioners shall from time to time determine to be necessary, and as many special police officers as the Mayor and Board of Commissioners may deem necessary to appoint for special purposes.
