§ 153.11 PERMANENT SIGNS AND BILLBOARDS.

Lighting fixtures that externally illuminate signs shall be in compliance with the sign regulations of Article VI of the Zoning Ordinance. Billboards, if allowed by the town, must always be lighted from the top down to reduce light pollution.
