Ordinances
§ 31.16 MEMBERSHIP.
   (A)   (1)   The Board shall consist of seven members, all of whom shall be appointed at large. Four members shall be residents and citizens of the town.
      (2)   Three members shall be residents of the town’s extra territorial jurisdiction.
   (B)   A member who has three consecutive unexcused absences shall be replaced by the Board of Commissioners.
   (C)   The Manager or his or her designee and/or Recreation Director shall serve as liaison for Board of Commissioners.
