Personnel responsible to the Town Manager includes:
(A) Town Clerk;
(B) Chief of Police;
(C) Sewer plant operator in charge;
(D) Water plant operator in charge;
(E) Public Utilities Director; and
(F) Support personnel within each of the departments above.
