§ 151.51 APPROVAL AND DISAPPROVAL.
   (A)   The permit application shall be obtained from the Town Manager. Approval or disapproval will be by the Commissioners of the town.

   (B)   Approval or disapproval shall be based on the public safety, health, and general welfare of our citizens using North Carolina Department of Transportation (“NCDOT”) guidelines as suggestions.
