§ 151.39 ISSUANCE OF PERMITS.
   (A)   Permits shall be issued by the Town Manager or his or her designee upon compliance with the terms hereof. Adequate security to assure compliance with this subchapter may be required prior to issuance of a permit. Appeals from any final decision of the permit-issuing officer shall be to the town’s Board of Adjustment by any person aggrieved.
