All lots or parts of lots, houses, and buildings located on those portions of any street extending north and south and being north of the U.S. Highway 64 baseline shall be known and designated as “north” and all those such lots, houses, and buildings located south of the U.S. Highway 64 baseline shall be known and designated as “south;” all those lots, houses, and buildings abutting on any street extending east and west, and being east of the U.S. Highway 15-501 baseline shall be known and designated as “east;” and all those such lots, houses, and buildings abutting any street extending west of the U.S. Highway 15-501 baseline shall be known and designated as “west.”
