(A) Buildings fronting streets from the north and east shall bear even numbers in the last digit. Buildings fronting streets from the south and west shall bear odd numbers in their last digit.
(B) Buildings fronting streets running east and west shall be numbered from the baseline of U.S. Highway 15-501 and buildings fronting on streets running north and south shall be numbered from the baseline of U.S. Highway 64, such numbers being zero at the intersection of the respective baselines.
(C) The unit for determining the last digit of the number to be assigned hereunder shall be deemed to be 50 feet of frontage, except where lots vary in width, such lots shall be numbered to conform to the size of the lot.
(D) From the corner of each grid block nearest the respective baseline, each unit of frontage, as specified herein, shall be assigned a number.
