§ 150.005 FIRE LIMITS.
   The following boundary is declared to be the fire limits of the town, and all lots within said boundary are declared to be within the fire limits of the town:
   (A)   Those areas zoned as business within the municipal area; and
   (B)   Zoned area of the town and the structures located thereon.
