§ 131.07 NUISANCE.

Every person owning or occupying a house or lot within the limits of the town shall, within 24 hours after notice is served on him or her by any police officer of the town, abate and suppress any nuisance and remove any wastes or thing which may be injurious to the public health or dangerous to the town.
