§ 115.22 ACCEPTANCE OF ADDITIONAL PASSENGERS.

It shall be unlawful for any taxicab operator, driver, or owner of any taxicab carrying passengers for hire within the corporate limits to permit any person from the general public to ride in any taxicab for hire, when such taxicab owner, operator, or driver is transporting in such taxicab for hire a paying passenger if such passenger objects thereto.
