(A) A special event permit issued under this subchapter for a special event in progress may be terminated by the Chief of Police or his or her designee, if termination is a reasonable and necessary response to imminent danger or threat to public safety.
(B) A special event permit may be revoked by the town for failing to comply with the conditions for the issuance of the permit, violating any provision of this subchapter or other applicable ordinances and state law.
