A member of the ABC Board may be removed from office by the Board of Commissioners for a conviction of a violation of any provision of G.S. Ch. 18B, “Regulation of Alcoholic Beverages,” or a conviction of any felony, and may declare that person ineligible for membership on the ABC Board for a period of not longer than three years.
