§ 113.19 VACANCY.
   (A)   A vacancy on the ABC Board shall be filled by the Mayor, with the approval of the majority of the Board of Commissioners, for the remainder of the unexpired term.
   (B)   If the Chairperson’s seat becomes vacant, the Board of Commissioners may designate either the new member or an existing member of the local board to complete the Chairperson’s term.
