§ 113.16 MEMBERSHIP; APPOINTMENT; TERM OF OFFICE.
   The ABC Board shall consist of three members appointed by the Mayor, with the approval of the majority of the Board of Commissioners, for three-year staggered terms, as provided in G.S. § 18B-700.
