§ 113.15 ESTABLISHMENT.
   There is hereby established, in accordance with a special town election held on August 14, 1971, a local alcoholic beverage control board to be known as the “Town of Pittsboro Alcoholic Beverage Control Board,” hereinafter referred to as the “ABC Board” for purposes of this subchapter.
