(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances. (B) (1) Violation of any provision of §§ 112.25 through 112.27 shall subject the offender to a civil penalty in the amount of $50 to be recovered by the town. Violators shall be issued a written citation, which must be paid within 72 hours. (2) Each day’s continuing violation of §§ 112.25 through 112.27 shall be a separate and distinct offense.
