§ 112.03 RECORDS REQUIRED.

   Any person or corporation operating or maintaining a junkyard shall keep records on each article of junk, which will show the following:

   (A)   Description of junk;

   (B)   Person or corporation from whom obtained; and

(2003 Code, § 11-403.2)

   (C)   Serial or motor number, if any.
