For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
JUNK. Any worn out, discarded, or old iron, other metal, automobile parts, chain copper, parts of machinery, automobile tires, appliances, or old, wrecked, or unusable automobiles and trucks; and other articles commonly known as junk.

JUNKYARD. Any area larger than 100 feet by 100 feet in which junk is stored or permitted.
