§ 94.20 OBSTRUCTION OF FIREFIGHTERS IN DISCHARGE OF DUTIES.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to interfere with a firefighter in the discharge of his or her duty in such a way as to hinder him or her in the performance of the same, or to change, handle, or meddle with any of the fire apparatus while in use or in possession of the Fire Department.
