§ 94.15 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   CALL FOR MUTUAL ASSISTANCE. A call from a public officer of a duly organized Fire Department, municipality, and/or forest service for assistance in combating a fire.
   GOVERNING BODY. The Board of Commissioners of the town.
   MUNICIPAL AREA. The area within the incorporated boundaries of the town.
   PRIMARY FIRE LIMITS. Those areas zoned as business within the municipal area and zoned area of the town and the structures located thereon.
   PUBLIC AUTHORITY. Any housing authority, Zoning Board, or any officer who is in charge of a department or branch of government of the town relating to health, fire safety, building regulations, or to other activities concerning dwellings in the municipal and zoned area of the town.
   PUBLIC OFFICER. The officer or officers who are authorized by ordinances adopted to exercise the powers prescribed by such ordinances.
   STRUCTURE. Any building erected for the purpose of housing of humans and/or the purposes of business including outhouses and appurtenances belonging thereto.
   ZONED AREA. The three-mile area outside the corporate limits of the town zoned by act of the General Assembly.
