(A) No collection of human excrement or urine shall be deposited in a barnyard manure pile or compost heap, nor upon the surface of the ground within the area of the watershed, nor shall such matter be otherwise deposited thereon, except it be buried within at least one foot of cover.
(B) This section shall apply within a distance of 15 miles of the waterworks intake.
