(A) No picnicking or camping shall be permitted on the watershed except with adequate provisions for the disposal of excreta, approved by the state’s Board of Health, and use of the same rigidly regulated to prevent pollution of the watershed area.
(B) All trash and rubbish shall be kept collected in containers and shall be burned or removed from the watershed; provided that no camping or picnicking whatsoever within 250 feet of the margin of a lake or its tributaries shall be permitted within a distance of five miles from the waterworks intake.
