§ 93.04 FISHING AND BOATING; PERMIT REQUIRED.

(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to fish or boat in any lake without having, in his or her possession, a valid permit from the town authorizing game.

(B) Even with such a permit, no boat with an internal combustion engine shall be permitted on any lake; and any person using such a boat on any lake as defined herein shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
