§ 93.01 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   LAKE. Each and every lake owned or controlled by the town, whether or not such lake or perennial waters shall be or constitute a portion of the watershed of the town. Perennial waters are defined in Section 5.5 of the Zoning Ordinance.
