Any violation of this chapter shall constitute a misdemeanor punishable by a fine not exceeding $50 or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 30 days or both. Each day’s continuing violation shall be a separate and distinct offense. This in no way limits or prevents the enforcement of this chapter by injunction or restraining order in a court of competent jurisdiction or otherwise as by law may be provided.
