(A) The Town Manager or his or her designee may deny a request to exceed the limits or to operate sound-amplifying equipment to any individual, group, organization, or musical group who has held a permit to exceed normal noise levels within the previous six months, with or without permit.
(B) All permits issued pursuant to this subchapter shall contain a statement of the penalties for violations set forth herein.
