§ 91.48 CONSIDERATION BY TOWN MANAGER.
   In considering and acting on all permits pursuant to this chapter, the Town Manager or his or her designee, shall consider, but shall not be limited to, the following, in issuing or denying such permit:
   (A)   The timeliness of the application;
   (B)   The time of the event;
   (C)   Other activities in the vicinity of the location proposed;
   (D)   The frequency of the application;
   (E)   The effect of the activity on the residential areas of the town;
   (F)   Impact on surrounding areas;
   (G)   Previous experience with the applicant; and
   (H)   Previous violations, if any, of the application.
