§ 90.02 WATER FLOW OBSTRUCTIONS.

It shall be unlawful for any person to place any obstruction in any waterway so that the water shall accumulate on any street, or in any other manner to obstruct the flow of water through or from any street of the town, whether such obstruction be placed upon his or her property or that of any other.
