(A) Parking prohibited. Parking shall be prohibited at the following locations at all times:

(C) Parking permitted. Parking shall be permitted on streets not specified so long as traffic flow from both directions is not impeded.

(D) Parking prohibited or restricted specifically designated areas.
(1) Parking in handicapped zones is prohibited unless a proper handicapped tag is displayed in accordance with the general statutes.
