(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to deposit or cause to be deposited for collection by the town any garbage, trash, or refuse in any container within the town not generated or received in the normal course of business within the town.
(B) Except as may be permitted hereinabove, no person who does not reside within the town shall deposit or cause to be deposited for collection any garbage, trash, or refuse in any container within the town.
(C) It shall be unlawful for any person to burn, upon any of the public streets, within the town any combustible trash or refuse matter or any kind. The burning of any such trash or refuse matter upon private property shall conform to the provisions of the open burning ordinances of the town and the state.
