Refuse accumulated by residences and small commercial establishments shall be collected at least once a week at the curb. Where necessary to protect public health, the Manager may have the authority to require that more frequent collection be made. Refuse accumulated by commercial establishments requiring not more than one bulk container shall be collected at least twice a week. Commercial establishments desiring more frequent collection or requiring more than one front-loading bulk container to service their accumulated refuse may contract such services, subject to the town’s approval.
