§ 54.04 DEPOSIT OF DUSTY MATERIAL RESTRICTED.

It shall be unlawful for any person to unload any loose or unbagged lime, fertilizer, or any other dusty materials or substances upon any lot or other area within the town without first obtaining a permit therefor from the Mayor. Such permit shall specifically approve the site for such unloading or depositing of such dusty materials or substances.
