Chapter 2.20 PLANNING COMMISSION
2.20.010 Established.
   There is established by the city council a planning commission in accordance with applicable laws of the state.

2.20.020 Membership.
   The planning commission shall consist of five members, not officials of the city, appointed by the city council from the residents of the city.
