The owner shall pay an application fee of $65. The application fees shall cover the costs of inspections, licensing and other activities associated with the administration of this program; the cost incurred by the Code Official in reviewing any application and conduct inspections as required; one re-inspection or certification in the event that code violations are identified. This fee structure shall be reviewed yearly prior to the submittal of the city’s annual budget and adjusted if necessary and appropriate.
