(A) No person shall, in a public place, knowingly or intentionally or recklessly:
(1) Engage in sexual intercourse;
(2) Engage in deviant sexual conduct;
(3) Appear in a state of nudity; or
(4) Fondle the genitals of himself, herself or another person.
(B) As used in this section:
NUDITY means the showing of the human male or female genitals, pubic area, or buttocks with less than fully opaque covering, the showing of the female breast with less than a fully opaque covering of any part of the nipple, or the showing of the covered male genitals in a discernibly turgid state.
PUBLIC PLACE means any street, sidewalk, right of way and any public or private building or place where the general public is invited.
(C) This section shall not apply to the breast feeding of infants by their mothers.
(D) Whoever violates this section is guilty of public nudity, a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
