§ 131.34 UNAUTHORIZED ACTIVITIES IN CITY BUILDINGS.
   (A)   No person, association or corporation shall do any of the following in city buildings.
      (1)   Sell or solicit for the sale of any product, policy, or service for profit or non-charitable purposes.
      (2)   Advertise, solicit or organize membership in any club, fraternal organization, union or association.
      (3)   Enter or remain within city buildings after notification by city personnel to leave.
      (4)   Loiter or do anything else not in conformity with the regular and orderly course of city business.
   (B)   For the purpose of this section, CITY BUILDINGS shall mean all structures located on real property owned by the city, including the grounds thereof (except for streets, alleys, parks and sidewalks).
   (C)   This section shall not apply to city employees or to persons entering city buildings in the regular and ordinary course of city business. The City Manager may implement regulations to enforce this section.
   (D)   Any person, association or corporation who violates division (A) above is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
