§ 131.33 ABUSE OF SCHOOL PLAYGROUND.
   (A)   No person shall do any of the following on the playgrounds located at Staunton Elementary School, North Street Elementary School and South Street Elementary School:
      (1)   Enter or use designated playgrounds between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.
      (2)   Operate, ride, or use motor-driven vehicles (including mopeds, motor bikes, motorcycles and snowmobiles) except for delivery vehicles.
      (3)   Possess or consume alcoholic beverages or beer.
      (4)   Possess or use any controlled substances (as defined in R.C. Chapter 3719).
      (5)   Engage in disorderly conduct (as defined in R.C. § 2917.11).
      (6)   Enter or use designated playgrounds during periods reserved for school recesses, lunches and physical education classes.
      (7)   Litter designated playgrounds with discarded paper, plastic, metal or glass materials.
      (8)   Recklessly damage, deface, vandalize, abuse or break any playground equipment.
      (9)   Play or otherwise engage in the game of baseball or use of hard balls of any kind.
   (B)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of playground abuse, a minor misdemeanor. If the offender persists in playground abuse after a reasonable warning or request to desist, playground abuse is a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
