§ 131.31 POSSESSION OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ON PUBLIC PROPERTY.

(A) No person, firm, or corporation shall drink, consume, transport, carry, or possess any alcoholic beverage or liquor within the boundaries of any property owned and operated by the city for public purposes including parks of the city and excepting therefrom the Echo Hills Golf Course.

(B) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
