§ 116.14 VIOLATIONS; MISDEMEANOR.
   (A)   Whoever violates any section of this chapter for which no other penalty is provided shall be subject to the terms of § 10.99.
   (B)   Whoever violates §§ 116.04 through 116.11 shall be guilty of a first degree misdemeanor and shall be punishable therefore by a fine of not more than $1,000 or by imprisonment for a period of not more than six months or both such fine and imprisonment.
