§ 115.03 CLASSIFICATION AND DISTANCE RESTRICTIONS.
   (A)   No more than one classification of sexually oriented business can be operated in any one permitted premises.
   (B)   No person shall cause or permit the establishment of any sexually oriented businesses, as defined under this chapter except within any I-1, Light Industrial District as defined in § 154.027. Nothing in this chapter requires the issuance of a zoning certificate for the issuance of a permit to operate a sexually oriented business. However, the permitted premises must be located in an I-1, Light Industrial District. Any zoning requirements imposed by the city are independent of the requirements of this chapter. Further, no permitted premises of a sexually oriented business may be located within 500 feet of the permitted premises of another such sexually oriented business; or, within 500 feet of the grounds of any school, library, public park, church or church grounds, or residential district or use; or, within 500 feet of the right-of-way of any divided, limited access highway including, but not limited to, applicable portions of Interstate 75.
