§ 114.02 TRANSFERABILITY OF LICENSE.
   No license issued under the terms of this chapter shall be assignable or transferable, and should any licensee attempt to assign or transfer a license, that act shall render the license null and void and shall subject the offender to the terms of § 10.99.
