§ 113.05 TIME LIMIT FOR SALE.
   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to hold or conduct a sale for more than eight weeks, which sale is claimed to be the result of fire, bankruptcy, closing-out or going-out- of-business or similar circumstances.
